Former Punky Brewster star Soleil Moon Frye and her husband, Jason Goldberg, have welcomed their second child, a girl, the actress's rep tells PEOPLE exclusively.
Jagger Joseph Blue Goldberg was born Monday in Los Angeles and weighed 8 lbs., 6 oz. The couple also have a 2-year-old daughter, Poet Sienna Rose Goldberg.
"Soleil had a wonderful experience, and both she and the baby are doing great," says the rep.
Frye, 31, and Goldberg, 36, the producer of MTV's Punk'd, married in 1998 in Los Angeles. Last October, Frye, along with partners Paige Tolmach and Beth Birkett, opened the eco-friendly baby boutique The Little Seed in Los Angeles.
Frye told PEOPLE last fall that her daughter Poet was already bonding with the new baby. "She talks to the belly all the time and tells the baby she loves it," Frye said.

What do you think - outfit help!
I'm going to a wedding this summer and trying to create an outfit. I need a festive outfit that isn't too formal but still appropriate. I think this dress is dressy enough for the occasion but still casual enough I could wear it with flats for other parties and get-togethers. I will have a 3 year old with me (daddy isn't likely to come as we have to travel) so comfort is important (and sleeves! I wore a strapless dress last year to a wedding and that was not smart with a small child!). I am now trying to figure out if I want to go with gold accessories and a slightly more "fun" feel or if I want to go with silver accessories and maybe a more "sophisticated feel". I have similar gold earrings, silver earrings and silver heels so all of these pictured are not exact but close.
Let me know what you think, what you like, what you don't like or any suggestions for other pieces!
Thanks to all!

NEW YORK (AP) - Beyonce's father says Aretha Franklin's criticism of his daughter for referring to Tina Turner as "the Queen" at the Grammys is "ridiculous."
On Tuesday, the Queen of Soul let everyone know her royal feathers were ruffled when Beyonce called Turner "The Queen" before their joint performance Sunday at the Grammys. Franklin, who also performed at the ceremony, was sitting in the audience: Beyonce did reference her along with other top female singers before introducing Turner.
"I am not sure of whose toes I may have stepped on or whose ego I may have bruised between the Grammy writers and Beyonce," Franklin said in a statement issued by her publicist. "However, I dismissed it as a cheap shot for controversy."
However, in an interview with CelebTV.com posted Wednesday, Matthew Knowles, Beyonce's father and manager, said: "I am not taking something this ridiculous to Beyonce. Beyonce referred to Tina Turner as a 'queen.' Not queen of gospel, queen of soul, queen of blues, Queen of England. I consider my wife a queen and sometimes call her that. Does Aretha have a problem with that?"
Beyonce's representative did not respond to a request from The Associated Press seeking comment.
An e-mail request for comment from Franklin's representative was not immediately returned. However, in her statement on Tuesday, Franklin made clear she wasn't holding a grudge toward Beyonce, ending her statement by giving the Grammys thanks and "love to Beyonce anyway."

LOS ANGELES (AP) - Bai Ling's good looks and eccentric outfits have frequently put her picture in celebrity magazines, but that doesn't mean she can take the magazines for free.
The Chinese actress was arrested Wednesday after allegedly shoplifting two celebrity magazines and two packets of batteries at Los Angeles International Airport.
The items had a total value of $16, said Sgt. Jim Holcomb of the airport's police department.
The 41-year-old actress was detained by a store employee who summoned police, Holcomb said. She was booked for investigation of misdemeanor shoplifting and released after agreeing to appear in court on March 5.
An e-mail message seeking comment sent to Ling's agent on Thursday was not immediately returned.
Ling has appeared in such films as "The Crow" and "Anna and the King" and in the television series "Lost."
The day of her arrest, she posted a message on her blog with a photo of herself at the airport waiting for a delayed flight. She made no mention of her arrest, instead wondering whether people were "rushing in the cold wind to work" after the Chinese New Year.
"Life is a sad song sometime but still sings the beauty for their loved ones," she wrote.
